Dr. David G. Genecov
Dr. David G. Genecov is a native of Dallas, Texas. After finishing his undergraduate degree in the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas, he completed his medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Upon completion of his general surgery residency at West Virginia University, Dr. Genecov became board certified in general surgery. He continued his education at Wake Forest University - Bowman Gray School of Medicine and completed his plastic surgery residency. He then completed a fellowship at the International Craniofacial Institute, Dallas, Texas, in Craniomaxillofacial surgery for adults and children with congenital and acquired deformities.
Dr. Genecov joined Dr. Kenneth E. Salyer subsequent to his fellowship, where he later succeeded to Medical Director of the cosmetic and reconstructive practices founded by Dr. Salyer. Currently, he serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor to the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Baylor College of Dentistry, a member of the Texas A&M University System.
Widely published in both national and international literature, Dr. Genecov has also authored four medical book chapters. Dr. Genecov has received numerous awards for academic excellence, his surgical expertise and philanthropy. Most recently he was named one of the country's top surgeons by the independent Consumer Research Council of America for 2004-2005 and has been recognized by Who's Who in America for the 2006 edition
Dr. Genecov's surgical practice encompasses all aspects of cosmetic surgery, with an emphasis on face lifts, nose reshaping and breast augmentation. However, he has been instrumental in developing advanced techniques in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedures, which remain a distinctive interest to him. Dr. Genecov's expertise in aesthetic surgery utilizes the most progressive approach to achieve a patient-focused enhancement for every individual. Dr. Genecov offers non-surgical treatments such as Botox, Restylane, Photorejuvenation and Microdermabrasion. He utilizes computer-imaging technology to compliment his personal consultations and to enhance communication between himself and his patients. Dr. Genecov's goal is to create a comprehensive plan to meet aesthetic goals while maintaining the natural youthful look of his patients.

Dr. C. Raul Barceló
Dr. Barceló was born in Queretaro, Mexico in 1956 and graduated with honors
from the School of Medicine at the University of Guadalajara in 1980. He
completed his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1986 at the
Jalisco Institute for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery University of
Guadalajara.
In 1988, he became board certified by the Mexican Board of Plastic, Aesthetic
and Reconstructive Surgery. He joined the faculty of the Institute in
Guadalajara, first as Assistant Professor and as of late, the Associate
Professor of this program particularly dedicated to cleft surgery. From 1987 to
2001, he operated in his private cosmetic surgery practice. His techniques for
short vertical scar mastopexy, gluteal and calf augmentation, liposculpture and
body lifting received praise and prestige from the international community of
plastic surgeons.
Attracted by the complexity of Craniofacial Surgery and the benefits that it
offers to the patients and their families, he completed a fellowship in
Cranio-Maxillo-Facial surgery, with the World Craniofacial Foundation from 2001
to 2004, a program approved by the ACGME at Medical City Dallas.
Dr. Barceló's areas of expertise include: Body contouring, Facial aesthetic and
reconstructive surgery including Rhinology and all Craniomaxillofacial
procedures. Currently, he is an associate to Genecov Plastic Surgery Group and
also serves as medical advisor for the World Craniofacial Foundation. Dr.
Barceló is the former secretary of the Mexican Board of Plastic and
